Abstract:
: In the era of modern language teaching, a new dimension has been added in the existing methods and techniques, with the development of technology, new innovation is being brought up in language teaching. Nowadays language teachers are using different audiovisual aids to facilitate the teaching process. Language teachers are likely to use related picture, audio clips, video and so on in language classrooms. Students were observed to be more attentive when audio visual aids were played. The purpose of this study is to investigate ‘'effect audio visual aids in English learning on under graduated students'. The population of this study was teachers and students. In this research data was collect using interview, questionnaire, observation and collected data were analyzed by using both quantitive and qualitative data analysis methods. Majority of students experimental group agreed that the use of audio visual aids increased their interest and ability to remember the context. Finally ,using audio visual aids in the language learning classroom is essential to increase the interest, knowledge and proficiency in English language among students.
