Abstract:
This study discussed the obstacles that effect students into developing their oral communication skills and lack of exposure to the target language as spoken by native speaker, and students attitude and motivation it answered the different sub-problems such as what is the nature of communication difficulties faced by the students and what are the common problems in oral communication skills .And why do Libyan students commit those problems in oral communication .Therefore this paper tries to find the right solution to overcome the problems in oral communication skills.
This research study aims at elaborating in details the difficulties and problems that face students who learn English language as a second language at college of education and institution mainly inside Zliten town, it speaks about the difficulties they encounter when they are trying to develop their oral communication skills.
Through this study, we try to answer some of these questions and give solutions to some of these problems .Normally in our classes, we pay less attention to speaking ,more or less we continue on writing and listening in some cases the teachers are bind by the fact that they must know.
