A Web Application For the study and Examination Department at Faculty of Information Technology at Alasmarya Islamic University

Abstract

This project is designed to establish a web application that solves the existing problems. Moreover, it enables decision makers in our college to implement school regulations such as course registration, solving the problem of groups in the targeted courses, and supporting the academic supervisors as they have an important role in organizing the students' progress of study. The system also sheds light upon the obstacles that face the Department of Study and Examination in setting the courses schedule and detecting conflicts among registered groups of students. It also tries to highlight the courses that are of greater importance and must be targeted during the semester. This can be carried out by the tracking student's academic history and compare it to the low of priorities in order to know which students really need to take these courses
